Meet Our Founder

Interior Designer & Founder, Nelly Arnold

Nelly's career in furniture began at Urban Outfitters, where she worked in product development. Drawn to design, she earned a graduate degree in interior design and launched her own firm, working with business owners to connect space and product strategically.

She later ran the interior design division of a nationwide homebuilder, designing model homes and vacation rentals. As a serial entrepreneur, she now runs multiple retail businesses and invests in emerging home goods brands.

Today, Nelly lives in Rehoboth Beach with her two children, where you'll find her in the ocean or on nature walks. Her 20+ years sourcing, evaluating, and living with quality furniture inform every decision at Swivels & Gliders.
