Shipping Coverage Area

Swivels and Gliders currently ships within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received it. This email serves as confirmation of your purchase and includes the details of your order. If you do not see your confirmation shortly after checkout, please check your spam or promotions folder or contact us at support@swivelsandgliders.com.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing includes order review, supplier confirmation, and preparation for shipment. Because many of our products are high-quality furniture pieces that require careful handling and coordination, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and shipping method.

If an item is out of stock or made to order, we will contact you directly with an updated timeline so you know exactly what to expect before your order moves forward.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, when available. This allows you to follow your order in transit and prepare for delivery.

For larger items shipping by freight carrier, tracking may look different than standard parcel shipments, but we will provide the most accurate delivery information available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, transit typically takes 7–14 business days. Most customers receive their order within approximately 10–21 business days of purchase, depending on the product, carrier, and destination. The transit time does depend on the vendor and your shipping address. For exact transit time for a specific product, email support@swivelsandgliders.com with a link to the product and your shipping zip code. Your zip code is the only piece of information required to provide a shipping timeframe.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Larger furniture items, freight shipments, remote delivery areas, weather events, and seasonal volume can occasionally affect timing.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted national carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and professional freight carriers for oversized items. Shipping method is selected based on the size, weight, and handling requirements of each order to help ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Free curbside delivery is included on all eligible orders within the continental United States unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to keep orders moving on time, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, or inventory availability. If a delay affects your order, we will proactively reach out with an update.

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe something is missing, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
